Perspecti is run by the Pailala Institute, a non-profit corporation in California. This page says plainly what the site records and why.

What we record

What you type. The situation you describe and any follow-up questions are sent to the model that writes the interpretation, and are kept in our logs so we can see which situations people actually bring and improve the readings.
Your IP address, browser and approximate location (city or region level, derived from the IP), recorded with those entries and with page visits.
Counts of actions — readings started, angles followed, questions asked. These hold no text.
Your email address, if you give us one.

Who else sees it

What you type is sent to Anthropic, which runs the model that writes the interpretation. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

How long

Logged entries are capped and roll over; counters expire after sixty days. Email addresses are kept until you ask us to remove them.

What you can ask for

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, or delete it. If you are in California or the EEA you have those rights by law; we will honour the request either way.
